Publishing queue
Your scheduler knows the moment it is approved.
Every approved post lands in one queue: the final file, the exact approved caption, hashtags, platforms and posting time. Copy the caption, download the file, post it and mark it published.
What you get
Only approved content
The queue only ever shows the approved version, so nobody posts v1 by mistake.
Copy caption in one tap
Caption, CTA and hashtags are copied together, exactly as the client approved them.
Downloads that are ready
Original video, cover image, or every carousel slide as a ZIP in the right order.
Due-soon alerts
Posts due in the next hours are flagged, so nothing is missed on a busy day.
Mark scheduled or published
Add the platforms and live links. The client is notified when their post goes live.
Daily digest
A morning email shows the team what is due today and what is still waiting for approval.

Questions
Does ContentNod publish to Instagram automatically?
Yes. Connect the brand’s accounts once, and approved posts publish themselves at the planned time to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads and Pinterest. You can still copy the caption and post by hand whenever you prefer.
Can the client see when a post is live?
Yes. When the scheduler marks a post published with its link, the client is notified.
What happens to big videos after publishing?
You can choose to remove videos a set number of days after publishing, to keep storage costs low.
